Strategy defined renaming & redesign of data brand Scout

Launching a human centric brand for a data company.

Formerly ‘Illuminatis’ this pharma KOL data business needed to rebrand in recognition of their mission to be the most human data analytics company in the healthcare world.
As ‘Scout’, they are fuelled by data but driven by people and the new name is representative of this newly defined strategy.

Digestible and engaging

Alongside the website design and branding for other digital spaces, such as LinkedIn profile banners, we created a fully adaptable credentials deck for them, where complex information is broken down into simple, digestible and engaging graphics.

We helped create a presentation template, that the team could easily go on to use for all of their new business meetings that was on-brand and engaging.

Creating ownable assets

With many different areas of expertise and research, a bespoke set of 22 icons - that can be built on over time - help identify those activities across all customer facing platforms such the Scout website and credentials.

Directly derived from the logo shape system, and adopting the bright brand colour palette, the icons help bring information to life.

Living the new brand

Rolling out the new brand name and identity meant more than handing over some logo files and a set of guidelines.
We supported the senior management team by directing a photoshoot of Scout at work, for inclusion in the design of a new website - including headshots of all of the team, designed merchandise such as water bottles for both staff and client gifts, created social media post templates and a new office design, incorporating wall vinyls and bespoke illustrations.

This meant that they could confidently adopt their new name and brand for the day of relaunch.

Who doesn’t love a bright yellow wall in an office?
